NBA各隊行銷部門每晚想出來攬客的「主題之夜」五花八門，不過達拉斯小牛隊將首開先
例舉行NBA歷史上首次「紅髮之夜」來造福少數的紅髮族群，日期訂在3月9日底特律活塞
來作客的比賽。
紅髮占全人類髮色比例中大約僅1%到2%，多數都在歐洲，在美國更為稀少，導致具有紅髮
基因的人從小外號就離不開「紅蘿蔔」、「生薑（ginger）」等等，亦有「比正常人還瘋
癲」等等的偏見，歧視屢見不鮮。
而小牛推出的「紅髮優惠票組合」中包含優惠門票、紅髮之夜紀念T恤、麥當勞餐點再加
上跟麥當勞叔叔一起拍照，不過，小牛找來麥當勞叔叔這位常被拿來當作紅髮族群的歧視
用語本人與紅髮族群合照，難免會引來揶揄行銷到底在想什麼。
「小牛將舉行一個「紅髮之夜」，其中包含了麥當勞。」《ESPN》記者Darren Rovell在
個人Twitter帳號上留下令人遐想的字句跟圖片。
